My name is Jeffrey Jarrett and I’m glad you’ve stopped in. I’m a mental health therapist in the beautiful city of Spokane, WA. I provide psychotherapy to individuals and families. I specialize in working with teens, adolescents, college students and their families. I help to heal psychic wounds and bring families closer to the harmony they desire.

Either way, I am skilled at making this part of the journey as smooth as possible, while allowing you the space to come to your own decisions.

Who Am I?
I am an empathic, serious listener when my role calls for it, and a simpatico companion in life’s journeys. I don’t look on my role as a “fixer” or “solver”, I believe I am here to help you find those solutions and fixes. As we all know, it is frequently difficult to see the forest for the trees. I’m here to help you do a little hedge trimming so your vision is less obscured.
